Terms of Service

Using the Service

QueueRing is currently provided free of charge. No account registration is required. If you use the Service, you must comply with these Terms. Please see the Privacy Policy for how personal information and data are handled.

Notifications

QueueRing is a best-effort service that endeavors to deliver notifications. We do not guarantee that notifications will be delivered, delivered immediately, delivered by a particular time, or that the Service will always be available. Networks, third-party services used to deliver notifications, Android devices, and their settings may cause delays or prevent delivery.

Do not use QueueRing as your sole means of notification, safety, or monitoring where a missed or delayed notification could have serious consequences, such as risks to life or physical safety, emergency response, or significant property damage. Arrange necessary alternatives, and do not rely only on receipt of a notification for important decisions or responses.

Managing Your Queue ID

A Queue ID identifies a notification destination and is used to send notifications. A third party who knows your Queue ID may be able to send notifications to it. Do not make your Queue ID public and manage it appropriately. If you update your Queue ID, the previous Queue ID will no longer be usable.

Your Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You must comply with laws and third-party rights, and handle the information and notification content you send appropriately. Confirm that you have the necessary rights and consent, and do not send notifications in a way that causes trouble for others.

The following conduct is prohibited:

• Conduct that violates laws or infringes the rights of a third party
• Conduct that causes trouble for others, including harassment or sending large numbers of unwanted notifications
• Conduct that interferes with operation of the Service, including excessive requests
• Intentionally evading usage limits or security measures, unauthorized access, or other misuse

Usage Restrictions and Changes to the Service

If there is misuse, excessive use, or interference with operation of the Service, Tryel Works may restrict requests or use of Queue IDs to the extent necessary.

Tryel Works may change, temporarily suspend, or discontinue the Service. For a planned suspension or discontinuation, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. We may be unable to give advance notice of an unexpected outage caused by an incident or similar event.

Liability

If damage arises in connection with use of the Service, Tryel Works’ liability will be determined in accordance with applicable law, taking into account the cause and circumstances. These Terms do not exempt Tryel Works from liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

Tryel Works may change these Terms as necessary. We will post the changes and their effective date on the Service’s website, and the changes will take effect in accordance with applicable law.
